What is an RSS Feed?

Step 1: Access the Sources Tab
Go to the Sources tab of your chatbot.
Step 2: Locate the RSS Content Tab
From here, you can see the new RSS Content Tab.
Step 3: Input Your RSS Content URL
Click on the RSS Content Tab and input your RSS Content URL.
Step 4: Add as a Source
Add it as a source. The chatbot will automatically pull the content from the RSS feed to ensure it provides the latest updates or information.
