Step 1: Connect Your Form to Your Chatbot First, navigate to your bot and ensure that the form is connected to your chatbot.

  • Go to Channels.

  • Here you will see your form listed. For example, an opt-in form.

  • To add a new form, click on Add Channel, then select Opt-in Form. Give it a name and click Create.

  • If you have multiple forms, you can manage them by adding or removing as needed.

Step 2: Configure Email Automation for Form Submissions To ensure that the form data is sent directly to your email:

  • Navigate to Forms.

  • Select the form you created and click on Mail Automation.

  • Enter the Owner Email address where you want to receive the form submissions.

  • Click on Save Changes.

Step 3: Test the Form Submission Now, let's test the form submission process.

  • Go to your chatbot where the form is connected.
