Access the Ideas Board
Visit ideas.askspot.ai.
Navigate to the "Feature Ideas" section. If you have a feature idea, you can submit it here.
Sign Up or Log In
Even though you can submit ideas without logging in, I recommend that you sign up or log into your account so that you get notified about any changes made to your submission.
Submit a New Idea
Click on the “Add a New Idea” button.
Enter a short, descriptive title for your idea.
Use the description box to explain your idea in detail. Include any relevant details, examples, or use cases that can help us understand what you're looking for.
You can also attach images for your idea if necessary.
Fill in your name and email address.
Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions.
Click on “Add Idea” to submit.
Vote on Existing Ideas
You also have the option to vote on existing ideas submitted by other community members. This helps us prioritize the features that are most important to our users.
Click on any idea to view its details and cast your vote.
Report a Bug
If you notice something isn't working right with the software or your chatbot, you can report any issues under the "Report a Bug" section. This helps us identify and fix any problems.
View the Roadmap
The "Roadmap" section shows ideas with the most votes, those under consideration, and planned enhancements.
You can filter ideas by trending, most votes, most recent, and most discussed.
Check the Changelog
The "Changelog" section provides details about new features and updates made to AskSpot. You can also watch video overviews for more detailed explanations.
Important Note
Please keep in mind that submitting a feature idea does not mean we will implement it immediately. The implementation depends on the demand and feasibility of the idea. We review all submissions carefully and appreciate your understanding and patience.
