Accessing the Share Tab
Navigate to the Share tab. This is where you can manage the sharing settings for your chatbot.
Configuring SEO Settings
SEO Section: Add a title and description for your chatbot to improve its visibility on search engines.
Favicon Image: Add a favicon image to make your bot easily recognizable. We recommend using a square image, ideally 32x32 pixels, for the best results.
Setting Up Open Graph
Open Graph Settings: Upload an image, title, and description for your chatbot.
Importance for Social Media: These settings ensure your chatbot looks appealing when shared on platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
Preview: After uploading your Open Graph image, you'll see a preview of how it will look when shared.
Creating a Demo Link
Demo Section: Create a demo link for your chatbot by entering a site URL and clicking on "Update Link."
Sharing: Share this link to provide others with a live preview of your chatbot.
Custom Domain: If you have a custom domain connected, the link will reflect that; otherwise, it will show as askspot.ai.
Embedding Your Chatbot
Code Section: Various embedding options are provided.
Embedding: Copy the code and embed your chatbot directly into your webpage for seamless integration.
Chatbot Code and ID: You will find your chatbot code and chatbot ID, which can be used with different partner software, such as Leadbubble.
Sharing Your Chatbot
Copy Share Chatbot: Enable or disable the "Copy Share Chatbot" option. If enabled, anyone with the link can copy the chatbot to their AskSpot account. If disabled, they won't be able to copy it.
Email Sharing: Share the chatbot via email by entering the recipient's email address.
