Step-by-Step Guide to Canceling Your Subscription

1. Log in to your AskSpot account by opening your web browser, navigating to the AskSpot login page, and entering your credentials.

2. Once logged in, go to the lower left part of your AskSpot dashboard and click on the "Pricing" tab to view your subscription details.

3. In the Pricing section, click on the "Go to Customer Portal" button. This will take you to the secure area where you can manage your subscription and billing information.

4. In the Customer Portal, click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow any additional prompts to confirm your cancellation.

5. After confirming, you should receive a notification that your subscription has been successfully canceled. Check your email for a confirmation message, which will serve as a record of your cancellation.

Important Considerations

Be aware of your billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, you may still have access to the services until the end of your current billing period.
