How to View and Download Your Invoices

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log In to Your Account Enter your credentials and log in to your AskSpot account.

2. Access the Dashboard Once logged in, navigate to the lower left part of your AskSpot dashboard.

3. Go to the Pricing Tab Click on the "Pricing" tab to access your subscription details.

4. Navigate to the Customer Portal Click on "Go To Customer Portal." This will take you to a new page where you can manage your billing information and view your invoice history.

5. View Invoice History Scroll down to the Invoice History section. Here, you will see a list of your past invoices.

6. Download Your Invoice Click on the arrow icon beside the date of the invoice you want to download. This action will open the invoice details. From there, you should be able to download your invoice directly to your device.
