Step-by-Step Guide to Updating Your Billing Information
Log in to Your AskSpot Account
Open your web browser and navigate to the AskSpot login page.
Enter your credentials and log in to your account.
Access the Billing Settings
Once logged in, go to the lower left part of your AskSpot dashboard.
Click on the "Pricing" tab to access your subscription details.
Navigate to the Customer Portal
In the Pricing section, click on the "Go to Customer Portal" button. This will take you to the secure area where you can manage your billing information.
Update Your Billing Information
In the Customer Portal, click on "Add Payment Method".
Enter your new credit card information, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV.
If necessary, update your billing address to ensure it matches your credit card information.
Save Your Changes
After entering the new billing details, click the "Save" or "Update" button to confirm the changes.
You will see a confirmation message indicating that your billing information has been successfully updated.
Verify Your Changes
To ensure that your new billing information is correctly updated, go back to the main dashboard and check your subscription status.
You should also receive an email confirmation about the update to your billing information.
