In this tutorial, we'll show you how to switch between different AI models to optimize your chatbot's performance.

Available AI Models

GPT-3.5 Turbo: Best for general purposes with quick response times.

GPT-3.5 Turbo 16k: Similar to Turbo but with enhanced abilities.

GPT-4: Offers advanced understanding and generation capabilities.

GPT-4 0125 Preview: A preview version of GPT-4 with the latest updates.

GPT-4o: Optimized for specific advanced tasks.

GPT-4 Turbo: Combines speed and advanced features for smarter, faster responses.

Switching Between AI Models

1. Navigate to the Business Page:

   • Select your chatbot.

2. Go to Settings:

   • Click on AI Configuration.

3. Select AI Model:

   • Scroll to the AI Model section.

   • Choose your desired model (e.g., GPT-4 Turbo).

   • Click "Save Changes".

4. Test the Changes:

   • Ask your chatbot a question to see the improved responses.

Example

1. Ask: "Where is Ava located?"

   • Basic response: "I don't have information about Ava's location."

2. Switch to GPT-4 Turbo and ask again.

   • Enhanced response: "I'm here to help you learn Spanish; I don't have a physical location as I'm a virtual assistant."
