How To Duplicate & Move Bots To different Business Projects

This guide allows you to efficiently manage and organize your chatbots across different projects or businesses.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access Business/Project Folder:

Navigate to the folder where your bot is located.

2. Duplicate a Bot:

Click on the ellipses (three dots) menu next to the bot.
Select "Duplicate."
The duplicated bot will appear in the same folder.

3. Move a Bot:

Click on the ellipses menu next to the bot again.
Select "Move."
Choose the target business or project folder.
Click "Move" to transfer the bot to the selected folder.
