Now, you can provide an exact answer to each suggested question. This is especially useful when you need to give a precise response rather than relying on the AI’s interpretation.

How to Use the New Suggested Question Feature

1. Access Suggested Questions:

   • Click on the suggested question you want to edit.

2. Add or Edit Question:

   • You can add your suggested question as usual and hit update. This will still use the AI to answer the question.

3. Override AI Response:

   • To override the AI, build out the exact response in the provided editor.

   • Use formatting options such as bold, italics, underline, hyperlinks, and heading sizes to customize your response.

4. Example Setup:

   • For instance, if you are a restaurant and want to display weekly specials:

     • Add the question "What are this week's specials?"

     • Build out the response: "This week's dinner special is our 10-inch pizza with two toppings for only $9.99. Click here to order."

     • Update the suggested question with this formatted response.

Using the Editor
