Step-by-Step Guide to Adjust Visibility Settings
Accessing Settings
Go to Settings: Start by navigating to the settings section of your AskSpot dashboard.
Navigate to the Controls Tab: In the settings menu, find and click on the "Controls" tab.
Mobile and Desktop Visibility
Mobile Visibility:
If you want to disable your chatbot on mobile devices, simply uncheck the "Mobile" box.
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
Desktop Visibility:
Similarly, if you want to disable your chatbot on desktop devices, uncheck the "Desktop" box.
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
Page Controls
There are a couple of ways to control on which pages your chatbot will appear.
Show on Specific Pages:
Select the option to "only show on these specific pages."
Enter the URLs of the pages where you want the chatbot to appear.
The chatbot will now only be visible on these pages.
Do Not Show on Specific Pages:
Select the option to "do not show on specific pages."
Enter the URLs of the pages where you do not want the chatbot to appear.
The chatbot will now be hidden on these pages but will appear on all other pages.
By adjusting these settings, you can precisely control the visibility of your AskSpot chatbot across different devices and web pages. This flexibility ensures that your chatbot appears exactly where you need it, providing a seamless user experience.
