Imagine someone is interacting with your bot and they display appreciation or say thank you for the help. You can set up your bot to display an image, like an animated GIF that says "Thank you" or "My pleasure." This adds a bit of fun and personality to your bot. Here's how you can set this up.
Set Up Your Source
Go to your sources and choose Textbox.
Use an instruction like this:
"When a user says thank you or shows appreciation in any way, you should display one of the following images."
Find and Select Images
Go to Giphy.
Type in keywords like "Thank you" or "My pleasure" to find suitable images.
Right-click on an image you like and select Copy Image Address.
Add Images to Your Bot
Go back to AskSpot.
Paste the URL of the image you copied into the textbox.
Repeat the process to add more images. For example:
Image 1: "My pleasure" GIF
Image 2: "You're welcome" GIF
Image 3: Another suitable "Thank you" GIF
Implement the Images
Once you have added the desired images, click Add the above to the chatbot.
Test Your Bot
Refresh the page and your bot.
Interact with the bot by saying "Thank you."
You should see the bot displaying the chosen images in response to the user's appreciation.
