What’s a Collection?
A Collection is a customizable landing page where you can showcase multiple tools—chatbots, Intelliforms, flows—all in one place.
Once it’s ready, AskSpot gives you several ways to share it depending on how public or private you want it to be.
1. Direct Page Link
🔗 Location: Share tab → Code
Copy the Collection Page Link to share via email, DMs, or social media.
Great for: Quick sharing, onboarding clients, or internal demos.
✅ Tip: It’s public by default. Anyone with the link can access.
2. Embed on a Website
🧩 Location: Share tab → Code
Use the iframe embed code to display the Collection on your website or inside platforms like Notion, Webflow, or WordPress.
Great for: Seamless integration with your existing site.
✅ Tip: Customize the height/width if needed to match your layout.
3. Full-Screen Embed
📜 Location: Share tab → Code
For developers or full-page embeds, use the script-based fullscreen embed.
Great for: Portals, SaaS dashboards, or client white-labeled pages.
✅ Tip: Requires basic dev knowledge. More customizable.
4. Password-Protected Collection
🔐 Location: Share tab → Page Security
Toggle “Do you want to protect this page?”
Set a password your visitors must enter to view the Collection.
Great for: Paid members, private projects, internal tools.
✅ Tip: Change your password anytime to revoke access.
5. Shared Link with Usage Limits

Create custom-named links with limited access
Usage limit of
