We have a new update to streamline managing your chatbots—introducing the Chat Bot Status feature! This update shows whether your chatbot is currently Active or Inactive, helping you better control and manage each chatbot across your business folders.
You can use this feature to activate or deactivate specific chatbots whenever necessary, such as when a client misses a payment or when a seasonal chatbot is temporarily not in use.
How to Change the Chat Bot Status:
Follow these simple steps to update the status of your chatbot:
Locate the chatbot you want to activate or deactivate within your business folders.
Click on the settings (or the three dots) next to the specific chatbot.
Select "Edit" from the drop-down menu.
Modify the Chat Bot Status to either "Active" or "Inactive," depending on your needs.
Finally, click "Save" to confirm your changes.
Your chatbot will now reflect the updated status!
Use Cases:
Managing Client Payments: If a client fails to make their payment, you can easily deactivate their chatbot. Once payment is made, simply switch it back to "Active."
Seasonal or Event-Based Chatbots: If you have chatbots designed for specific promotions or events, you can deactivate them when they’re not in use, making them easy to manage for future activations.
The Chat Bot Status feature gives you more flexibility and control, making it easy to ensure your chatbots are operating when they should be.
